We supply forged foundry tools in various designs and temperature resistances: Pouring ladles, skimmers, crucible scrapers, dipping plungers, casting tongs, etc.
POURING LADLES
- with or without handle
- diameter from 60 to 300 mm
- wall thickness from 2 to 10 mm
- in qualities A, B, or C, depending on the temperature of the melt
SKIMMERS
- with round or angular stub handle
- with holes from 8 to 16 mm diameter
- wall thickness from 6 to 10 mm
- in qualities A, B, or C, depending on the temperature of the melt
PLUNGERS
- 1/2 or 1/3 in depth
- 100 to 250 mm diameter
- optionally with 1.000 mm round-steel-handle
- different hole patterns available
FOUNDRY TONGS & CRUCIBLE SCRAPERS
STEEL QUALITIES
Quality A: Standard quality, heat-resistant up to 1.000 °C
Quality B: Chrome-Al-Steel, heat-resistant up to 1.200 °C
Quality C: Chrome-Nickel-Steel, heat resistant up to 1.400 °C
